場景：由SPRING INTEGRATION每10秒監控數據庫中的POLL表，如果有符合條件的記錄，則啟動JDBC JOB，此JOB要做的也是和數據庫交互的動作，如用JDBCITEMREADER讀取數據庫記錄，用JDBCITEMWRITER寫記錄進數據庫 。
SPRING INTEGRATION與SPRING BATCH JOB交互的點是JOBPARAMETERS，即以KEY-VALU的形式放東西進去，這樣BATCH JOB就能讀到。
SPRING INTEGRATION要啟動哪個JOB，是在JOBCHANNEL的消費者中設定的，且只能設定一個JOB。
