Portal Toolkit 是IBM公司WebSphere家族的產品，用于開發WebSphere Portal的利器。可以說他是基于WSAD，WSSD上的插件。
用它可以開發 JSR168的portletl和Struts Portlets,base Portlets,faces Portlets。
