[問題引出]：剛裝完MS Project 2003，一運(yùn)行就出現(xiàn)一個“gbui://blank.htm/無法打開”的情況，然后再出現(xiàn)一個“gbui://mainpage.html/無法打開的”，接下來唯一能做的就是用“任務(wù)管理器”結(jié)束掉任務(wù)了。

Background Information
This error indicates that a needed registry key was not created during the installation of Project Server.
Resolution
You can uninstall and reinstall Project Server, or you can manually create the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\MSProject\Options\Interface "GBUIDisplayToggle"=dword:00000000
