對本次“何時贖回基金最好”的話題，讀者來稿踴躍且不乏真知灼見，表明不少投資者對基金已有豐富的實踐和深刻認(rèn)識。

　　時機(jī)把握見智見仁　　

　　不少讀者認(rèn)為，基金如同股票，也有潮漲潮落，只有順勢而為，方能趨利避險。讀者張根寶認(rèn)為，當(dāng)股市高漲，成交量倍增時，如持有這類股票的基金，當(dāng)是贖回的最佳時機(jī)。讀者張家詠則以股市漲跌作為買與贖回基金的參照。由于基金的屬性，它往往較股市慢一拍體現(xiàn)其凈值，所以當(dāng)股市漲至高點他并不急于贖回，而是在股市出現(xiàn)拐點往下走時才贖回。

　　也有人對所持基金保持了充分的耐心，并取得滿意收獲。讀者劉松毅認(rèn)為“應(yīng)高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚觀市道，寧靜致遠(yuǎn)看漲跌”，他買的一只基金跌破凈值，一度賬面曾被抹掉三分之二。但他非但沒有“割肉”，反而在低位再次買入，結(jié)果耐心終于等到了可喜的結(jié)果，基金啟動，漲聲一片，盈利達(dá)50%以上。

　　 短炒長捂門道不少　　　

　　讀者王煜的體會是，基金猶如股票，長捂還是短炒，要看基金業(yè)績。有些基金運(yùn)作得法，成長性良好，業(yè)績蒸蒸日上，就不愁日后沒有好的回報；而凈值老在低位徘徊的基金，無論業(yè)績（凈值排名）、還是成長性（凈值增長率）似乎很難有翻身希望，雖然贖回這只基金肯定要虧損，那就長痛不如短痛，理應(yīng)及時贖回。

　　讀者吳妍則認(rèn)為，對于基金何時贖回和買進(jìn)，首先要冷靜分析當(dāng)前市場所處的氛圍，避免盲目樂觀和準(zhǔn)備不足；其次理由要充分,對于贖回和買入基金的理由，要有足夠充分的理論支持；最后要果斷決策,當(dāng)機(jī)立斷。讀者喻一帆則是各種方法綜合運(yùn)用：如設(shè)定盈利目標(biāo)，基金熱銷時、贖回費(fèi)率降低以后再贖回，優(yōu)質(zhì)基金長期持有不贖回。還有個小竅門，先免費(fèi)轉(zhuǎn)成同一公司的貨幣型基金，再贖回轉(zhuǎn)換后的貨幣基金，這樣能早幾天到賬，還多了兩天的貨幣基金收益。

　　關(guān)心信息注意成本　　

　　其實贖回基金的原因無非有三：一是投資目標(biāo)達(dá)到，落袋為安；二是投資市場出現(xiàn)變化，改投盈利能力更強(qiáng)的品種；三是因基金公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)和基金經(jīng)理變動等，所投基金的投資風(fēng)格發(fā)生改變。

　　記者采訪一些專家，歸納的觀點是，當(dāng)所持基金發(fā)生以下情況，不管出于什么原因，就該考慮跟它說再見了：一是其業(yè)績表現(xiàn)或投資回報率長期落后于同類型基金；二是基金管理人變動，而績效卻走下坡路；三是基金周轉(zhuǎn)率太高，卻不能提升基金績效，甚至遠(yuǎn)落后于大盤；四是基金凈值短期發(fā)生飆漲或暴跌，這是不良信號，預(yù)示著基金管理人操作存在很大風(fēng)險。

　　聯(lián)合證券的一份研究報告顯示：大市從低位回升的第一個季度贖回量會突然加大，連續(xù)兩個季度上漲后，基金整體出現(xiàn)凈申購。不少基金投資者深諳“高拋低吸”原理，只把基金當(dāng)股票。但基金畢竟不是股票。像債券型基金，跟股市的聯(lián)動性就不強(qiáng)。對這類基金，享受分紅可能比贖回兌現(xiàn)的收益還要大些，而對贖回時機(jī)的選擇，更多應(yīng)從自身財務(wù)需求的變化出發(fā)。

　　另外，贖回基金要講成本，如第一年手續(xù)費(fèi)0.5%，第二年0.25%，第三年降至0。加上成本更高的申購費(fèi)用，如反復(fù)贖回進(jìn)出，這筆費(fèi)用不可小視。產(chǎn)品線比較豐富的基金公司，當(dāng)推出旗下基金轉(zhuǎn)換優(yōu)惠時，意味著贖回申購門檻降低，不妨把握一下這個機(jī)會。

Surely與certainly的含義不相同。certainly表示所了解的情況，因而很有信心和十分肯定。

e.g. That’s certainly a rock music star.
???? 那肯定是位搖滾歌星。

???? The glass vase will certainly break if you drop it.
???? 如果你把玻璃花瓶掉在地上，它一定會碎的。

surely表示相信，但又感到驚奇或難以相信。surely常與否定詞連用，表示懷疑或不愿意相信某事。

e.g. Surely you’re not going to wear that it?
???? 你決不會戴那條領(lǐng)帶吧？

???? Surely that’s Henry over there? I thought he was in England.
???? 那邊想必是亨利啰？我還以為他在英格蘭呢。

Surely也用來(特別在美國英語中)表示樂于贊同。而在英國英語中，則更常說certainly或of course。

“Could you help me for a moment?”
“Yes, surely”./ “Yes, certainly”.
“你能幫我一會兒忙嗎？”
“當(dāng)然可以。”

1.You blow it! 你把事情搞砸了!

A: We could have got the deal , but you blew the whole thing!

A: 我們原本可以達(dá)成那筆交易的, 但是你把整個事情都搞砸了!

B: What did I do?

B: 我作了什么呢?

blow up"是「發(fā)脾氣」的意思。 "You'd better take off right now. Kevin will blow up if you're late again." 你最好現(xiàn)在就出發(fā)吧! 你要是再遲到, Kevin 會氣炸的。

2. Get lost ! 滾開吧!

Why don't you get lost? You filthy scum!

這個沒用的東西, 為什么不離我遠(yuǎn)一點呢?

filthy 是臟的意思。scum則指「污垢」、 「廢物」。

3. Get on a person's nerves ! 把某人惹毛

You're really getting on my nerves.

你真的把我惹火了喔!

nerve 除了「神經(jīng)」, 還有「膽量」的意思。如 "He had the nerve to say that." 他竟然有膽說那種話。

4. hard feelings 怨氣

A: Man, I'm really sorry about what happened last night.

A: 老兄啊! 昨晚的事真是抱歉...

B: It's all right. It's over with. No hard feelings.

B: 沒關(guān)系。已經(jīng)過去了。沒什么好生氣了。

"It's over with" 是「已經(jīng)過去了」。結(jié)束某種不愉快的情緒, 可以用 「get over」。 如 "I know you were mad at him for what he had done. But, it has been five years. Get over it." 我知道你很氣他所作的事, 但是這已經(jīng)是五年前的事了, 你應(yīng)該釋懷了。

5. at the top of one's lungs 大聲喊

A: I'm here right in front of you. Why are you yelling at me at the top of your lungs?

A: 我就在妳面前, 你為什么要對我大聲吼叫呢?

B: Maybe because you've been ignoring my feelings too long.

B: 也許因為你忽略我的感覺太久了。

"lung" 是「肺」的意思。為什么用「肺」, 并不清楚。不過, 中西思考邏輯在某些方面差異很多, 倒是真的。

6. Get off my back. 不要管我!

A: Why don't you get off my back??

A: 你為何不讓我一個人安靜一下??

B: That's fine. Never talk to me again.

B: 好啊! 你都不要再和我講話好了。

7. leave someone alone ! 不干涉; 聽其自然

A: Isn't it about time Jane visited her hairdresser? Her bangs are hanging all over her face now.

A: Jane 該去見她的美發(fā)師了吧! 她的瀏海都(長到)垂到臉上了。

B: Leave her alone. Maybe she likes to have her eyes covered so she doesn't have to see your face.

B: 不管她! 也許她希望(頭發(fā)長到)把眼睛蓋住, 好看不見你的臉啊!

"leave me alone" 和上一句中的 "Get off my back" 意思很像, 都有要求別人「不要管」的意思。"hairdresser" 是花時間整理你頭發(fā)的「美發(fā)師」; "barber" 則是收費(fèi)低廉, 5分鐘就把你的頭發(fā)剪好送出門的「理發(fā)師」。

8. Get out of my face. 離我遠(yuǎn)一點

要一個人離開你的視線外, 就該是要他離你遠(yuǎn)一點吧!

9. stab a person in the back 背后捅刀; 出賣某人

A: I can't believe my best friend stabbed me in the back.

A: 我不敢相信我最好的朋友竟然出賣我。

B: What happened?

B: 怎么回事?

"stab a person in the back" 和 "sell a person out" 都是「出賣某人」的意思。和中文語法很像, 應(yīng)該蠻好記的。

10. take it out on a person 向某人泄怒

A: Be angry all you want. Don't take it out on me. I didn't do anything.

A: 你盡量生氣, 別把氣出在我頭上就是了。我又沒怎樣。

B: Go away.

B: 走開。

"Don't vent your anger on me." 也是「別把氣出在我頭上」的意思。

11. at each other's throats 吵架

A: I can't believe Sean and Keith. They were at each other's throats in front of the whole class yesterday.

A: 我真不敢相信 Sean 跟 Keith。他倆昨天當(dāng)著整個班上互相叫罵起來了。

B: They fight all the time. You didn't know that?

B: 他們經(jīng)常在吵架, 你不知道嗎?

每個人表達(dá)不滿的方式, 常因他本身的個性及和對方的關(guān)系, 而有不同的選擇。有些人「實話實說型」; 有些人是「默默抗議型」; 也有些人「(感情+表情)豐富型」- 可能一面開罵, 一面丟東西哩。像這種比較激烈型的吵架方式, 就是這里的 "at each other's throats" 喔!

12. Cool it! 冷靜點!

A: I'm gonna kill Cliff for doing this crap to me.

A: Cliff 對我作這樣的「好事」, 我要把他殺了。

B: Hey! Cool it!

B: 嘿! 冷靜點!

"crap" 是原意是「排泄物」的意思, 有些人覺得"shit"這個字很粗, 就會用"crap"來代替它。

"Cool it." 是當(dāng)一個人很沖動時, 用來勸他靜下來的詞語。除了"Cool it!"、 "Cool off!"外, "Cool out!"; "Chill out! 都是一樣的意思。

13. act up 氣得不得了(指行為上的失態(tài))

A: Man, it was only a joke. You didin't have to act up like this.

A: 老兄, 那只是開玩笑的, 你用不著氣成這樣。

B: Joke? You thought that was funny?

B: 開玩笑? 你覺得那樣好笑啊?

"act up" 是指一個人因為像受到刺激或生氣等等, 在行為上表現(xiàn)地很夸張, 比如開始卷袖子, 準(zhǔn)備揍人之類的樣子。

14. have a chip on one's shoulder 心存芥蒂

A: Blanche's already apologized and asked for your forgiveness. Why do you still have a chip on your shoulder?

A: Blanche 已經(jīng)(跟你)道歉過, 也請你原諒她。你為什么還是心存芥蒂呢?

B: I don't know. I guess I never really got over it.

B: 我不知道。也許我對這件事從來沒有真正釋懷吧!

或許你也曾經(jīng)有過類似上面的經(jīng)驗; 以為自己經(jīng)對一件別人做錯的事釋懷了, 當(dāng)你再度面對這個人時, 那種氣氣的感覺又回來了。也許沒說到幾句話, 你又忍不住地責(zé)備對方一頓。這種感覺就是這里所說的"have a chip on one's shoulder"。

15. make up 和好

A: Are you and Eileen still talking at all?

A: 你和 Eileen 還有沒有說話呢?

B: Yeah, we've made up.

B: 有啦! 我們和好了。

"make up" 除了當(dāng)「化妝」外, 也是「和好」的意思。"Let's make up." 就是「我們和好吧!」的意思。

想發(fā)火就說吧

I got so mad about it！
我對這件事情非常火大！

I just flew off the handle when I knew what he'd done.
當(dāng)我知道他做的好事時，我氣瘋了。

首先來談?wù)勗诰W(wǎng)路上聊天的基本大原則. 網(wǎng)上聊天凡事要簡單. 打字的速度遠(yuǎn)不若說話的速度快, 所以能簡寫的簡稱的就要去簡化. 例如平常老美見面打招呼最常用的是, "How are you doing?" 或是 "How are you?" 但在網(wǎng)路上比較常見的則是, "Hi!" 或是 "Hello." 如果是認(rèn)識的人, 則在 "Hi!" 或 "Hello." 之后加上名字, 例如, "Hi! 如果你不會用 a/s/l ? 這種問法, 而分開問, "How old are you?".(你多大了?) "Boy or girl?" (男的女的?) "Where are you from?" (從哪里來?) 那麼就違反了網(wǎng)路上要言簡意該的大原則, 這樣很快就會露出馬腳, 讓別人聽出你不是跟他們一伙的.

"What‘s up?" 是老美彼此之間常用的一種打招呼方式. 但時下美國的青少年喜歡把 "What‘s up?" 發(fā)成 "S‘up?" 因為他們覺得這樣子很酷. <六人行> (Friends) 中就有這么一段: Joey 為了要演一個十九歲的青少年, 他就故意耍酷說, "S‘up?" 相信這個星期有看 Friends 的人都有印象才對.
　　
網(wǎng)路上常看到的寫法則是 "sup?" 第一次看到 "sup?" 我的第一個反應(yīng)是 sup 是 supper (晚餐)的簡寫, 害我還以為人家問我吃過晚餐了沒? 其實不是, "sup?" 只是一種打招呼的方式而已, 通常你可以簡單地回答, "Not much." 或是 "Nothing much." 就行啦!

Following the supper, her husband went into the kitchen to clean up. She noticed that a second card had fallen from his pocket. Picking it off the floor, she read, "Don't worry about not getting the raise! You deserve it anyway! These things will tell you how much I love you."

Someone has said that the measure of love is when you love without measure. What this man feels for his spouse is total acceptance and love, whether she succeeds or fails. His love celebrates her victories and soothes her wounds. He stands with her, no matter what life throws in their direction.

Upon receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, Mother Teresa said, "What can you do to promote world peace? Go home and love your family." And love your friends. Love them without measure.
