Atlassian Confluence（簡稱Confluence）是一個專業(yè)的wiki程序。它是一個知識管理的工具，通過它可以實現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊成員之間的協(xié)作和知識共享。

Confluence使用簡單，但它強(qiáng)大的編輯和站點管理特征能夠幫助團(tuán)隊成員之間共享信息，文檔協(xié)作，集體討論。目前，Confluence被用于廣泛地用于項目團(tuán)隊，開發(fā)團(tuán)隊，市場銷售團(tuán)隊。

JIRA:一個優(yōu)秀的缺陷跟蹤與項目管理軟件

缺陷跟蹤，或稱為：Bug Tracking, Defect Tracking，是產(chǎn)品開發(fā)(尤其是軟件開發(fā))和維護(hù)過程中重要的輔助工具，用于跟蹤記錄產(chǎn)品的缺陷、需求變更等，作為溝通開發(fā)人員與測試人員、客戶的溝通的橋梁，保障產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程更加協(xié)調(diào)。

都是商業(yè)軟件，但很好的一點是可以允許開源項目/非贏利組織獲得免費許可。某網(wǎng)站上是這么說的：

非盈利機(jī)構(gòu)：非贏利性的非官方/學(xué)術(shù)/商業(yè)/政治/惡搞性組織，可以嘗試申請免費使用
開源組織：正在進(jìn)行開源項目開發(fā)的組織可以嘗試申請
個人試用：你可以在進(jìn)行Confluence永久試用。（此版本限制wiki上最多注冊兩個用戶）

in nature, that would not otherwise be able to afford Confluence. If your organisation is philanthropic in nature then you probably qualify.

Open Source
Atlassian supports and believes in the Open Source movement - Confluence utilises a number of good Open Source components, and Atlassian developers are committers on a large number of Open Source projects.

To give back to the open source community (and hopefully improve the quality of those projects!), Confluence is free for any Open Source project to use.

There are a few requirements for an Open Source license, the main ones being:

Established code base
Publicly available project website
Using an approved open source license
Your Confluence instance will be publicly accessible
