將一個平時使用正常的物料，分配到了一個新的廠別，然會一切屬性維護好后，去做采購單，系統提示：
Account assignment mandatory for material ＸＸＸ(enter acc. ass. cat.)
Message no. ME062

Please enter an account assignment category.
去OSM2中檢查，用的material type是否在value update上打勾
