</font>烧卖源v元大都,在中国土生土长,历史相当(zhn)久。最早的史料记蝲Q在元代高丽Q今朝鲜Q出版的汉语教科书《朴事通》上Q就有元大都Q今北京Q出售“素酔RE麦”的记蝲。该书关于“稍麦”的注说是以麦面做成薄片包肉蒸熟Q与汤食之,方言谓之E麦。麦亦做卖。又云:“皮薄肉实切肉Q当撮l似U梢p,故曰E麦。”“以面作皮,以肉为馅当顶做花蕊,方言谓之烧卖。”如果把q里“稍麦”的制法和今天的烧卖作一番比较,可知两者是同一样东ѝ?br
