2 重建 監聽器。
SERVICE_NAME
用 ping 命令時，
ping localhost 說找不到主機，但用 ping 127.0.0.1 時卻是通的
并且文件 C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts 是存在的，其中有這么一行：
127.0.0.1 Localhost
