如需要，設(shè)置PROXY：
export http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:3128
啟動(dòng)，然后設(shè)置MIRROR，直接安裝：
perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan> o conf urllist set http://www.perl87.cn/CPAN/
cpan> install JSON
