N/A是指：Not Applicable。不是Not Available 的縮寫。
是指表格中空出的地方要填的一欄，與你的情況不合。N/A是你填進去的字，不是原有印在上面的。比如表格要你填state或prorinve，但你的國家或你住的地方，沒有“省”這個概念，如有的國家，國家下面就是“區”了。還有，有的表格問你有幾個孩子，你連結婚都沒有結，自然填N/A。
